Commissionerate System Bill soon

Qaim says Bill to be approved with consensus
KARACHI: Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said bill for restoration of Commissionerate System in Sindh will be presented in Sindh Assembly (SA) on January, 7. Qaim Ali Shah said this while addressing a press conference here Saturday on the occasion of making announcement by PML-F leader Sayed Javed Shah to join PPP.
Federal Minister Syed Khurshid Shah, Sindh interior minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza and others were also present on the occasion. Chief Minister Sindh alleged that dictator Musharraf imposed local government ordinance in all the provinces which undermined the entire system.
Bill for restoration of Commissionerate system will be presented in Sindh Assembly on January, 7 at every cost, he said hoping the bill will be approved with consensus.

Regarding restoration of old status of districts Hyderabad and Karachi, he said consultations were underway with the allied parties on this count and old status of these two cities would be restored with consensus.
To a question he said federation would tell about approval or non-approval of RGST bill. However when the bill is decided then province will collect tax on services, he added.
Sindh Revenue Service Board has been constituted for recovering GST on services. Sindh would not withdraw from the demand for collecting GST on services, he announced. A mammoth public meeting would be held in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh on December, 27 on the eve of 3rd anniversary of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, he told. Murderers of Benazir Bhutto would be exposed at any cost, he underlined. -Online
