Responding to a question he said PML-N was the first party which had supported RGST and Mian Shahbaz Sharif signed it during the meeting of council for common interests.
Opposing the RGST bill by PML-N was beyond comprehension, he added. All the parties would be convinced on RGST, therefore, the bill would not be presented in the parliament for the time being, he told. To another question he said Maulana Fazlur Rehman was with the government. Maulana Fazlur Rehman would be persuaded and he would rejoin the government, he added. He ruled out possibility of in house change adding those talking of in house change would have to wait for their turn. Any desire for in house change can not be curbed, he added.
He said he had not lodged FIR against Shehar Yar Mehr, MPA from PML-Q. The matter related to attack on director IBI Sukkur and occupation of plot. IBI director was injured therefore, FIR was registered against Mehr. “I am not concerned with this matter”, he remarked. -Online
